Our letters are always translated very promptly and the translations are,....well, I think they are better than I can write myself ;)) I also greatly appreciate how quickly you respond to any questions that I have. I sincerely believe the best interests of your clients always come first and it shows. Elvira seems to be a very special and rare lady and I do want nothing more than to take the best care of her. Whether it is meeting people in USA, Australia or Russia, I often find over time (or when you travel across the world to meet them) they are different then who you thought they were.
