I'll take a look at that. If you have any for the Russian ones as well they'd be useful. I'm in my second year working in Almaty now and I've been studying the lingo hard so this is a nice opportunity to practice and also to read what they really think of us!! (They're likely to be more open in their own language)
thanks for the welcome back. Life is great here but time has been scarce, I'm either working or site-seeing so my time on-line has been limited. There is as yet no Mrs Warner but there is someone wonderful who I met locally and who is 90% of the reason why I decided to stay here for another year.

If I had known how insidious and deleterious the RWA can be I would have never shown my wife the links.
Most of our disagreements start from junk she reads on the site. She doesn't post, just reads and gets some really crazy ideas. It seems all the women who post have husbands with mansions, drive BMW"s, hang out at country clubs, have summer and winter homes , travel to exotic places and have maids.
All of their husbands worship the groung they walk on and give them whatever they want.

then i started reading all of the differant things on that site.... seriously strange. I'm never showing my gf that site at all. In fact, when/if we get married, i'll be setting my router to filter that entire domain out. She doensn't to get that stuff into her head.

A bit off topic Atma but since I cant reply in the womens' column.. You might want to try the IUD route. Quite effective, dont have to worry about forgotten pills and its a one time cost. According to my wife is quite popular in the FSU.

Also, a suggestion. Be careful with behavior that seems controlling. It seems to me that restricting what she can see/do is controlling.
Most women despise being controlled, and they will respond. The honest ones will confront you and express their feelings directly. The dishonest ones (and those who are intimidated or do not wish to confront you) do whatever they please without telling you.
I prefer the former even if they are a pain in the arse and require frequent negotiation. The latter have a way of insidiously deteriorating the relationship. To be honest, this is a very important consideration in my book.
I am not trying to flame you. I like what you have to say on this Board. I have a son your age and I may have some wisdom from many experiences to share with you. On the other hand, I am divorced (so I don't know everything). Regardless, it is your life. Good luck.
